A historical place in Sri Lanka sigiriya .

 




Sigiriya, also called the " Lion Rock " . It is a famous historical place in Sri Lanka. It is located in the Matale District. Sigiriya is a special place because it has an ancient place, beautiful gardens, pools 😀,and amazing painting 🎨.

Sigiriya was built by king kashyapa a long time ago. King 👑 kashyapa built his palace on top of sigiriya. After the king's time, sigiriya became a Buddhist monastery.

Sigiriya is not just a beautiful place. Sigiriya has many unique features. The Lion Gate , the Beautiful Frescoes, the Mirror wall are some of them. Sigiriya is surround by lovely gardens .There are ponds, fountains and rocks arranged in a special way .

Sigiriya is not just a big rock, it is a symbol of Sri Lanka's rich history and beauty. 🤩

Healthy environment maintains the natures balance as well as helps in growing, nourishing and developing all the living things on the earth. However, now a day ,some man-made technological advancement spoiling the environment in many ways which ultimately disturbs the balance or equilibrium of nature. We are keeping our lives in danger as well as existence of life in future on this planet.  We should not challenge our natural resources and stop putting so much pollution or waste to the environment. We must protect the environment.
